    Anthony “Tick” Belrose, better known on stage as Mitzi Del Bra, is a drag performer based in Sydney who receives an unexpected invitation to bring his act to Lasseters Hotel Casino in Alice Springs — a remote town in the heart of Australia — managed by his estranged wife, Marion.

    Eager for the opportunity, Tick convinces two fellow performers to join him: Bernadette Bassenger, a recently widowed transgender woman with a wealth of experience, and Adam Whitely, a flamboyant and cheeky young queen who performs as Felicia Jollygoodfellow.

    Together, the trio embarks on a vibrant and emotional journey across the outback in a flashy tour bus Adam dubs “Priscilla, Queen of the Desert”, bound for a four-week performance run like no other.
